U.S. Xbox Insiders are the first to test this pioneering technology on support.xbox.com. The chatbot will address their queries about Xbox console and game support issues. Megha Dudani, a senior product manager at Xbox, states: “We value the feedback from Xbox Insiders during this preview and will use it to refine the Virtual Support Agent.”
