Unveiling the Impressive Circular Ring 2 at CES 2025

I just tried the new Circular Ring 2 at CES 2025, and it's by far the most impressive smart ring I've ever seen and experienced.

The CES 2025 showcased a plethora of smart rings including standout models like the new Ultrahuman Rare collection, RingConn Gen 2, Noise’s Luna Ring 2, and the new VIV Ring. Among these, the Circular Ring 2 particularly caught my eye.

The Circular Ring 2: A Revolutionary Tool

Selected by numerous media outlets for its revolutionary digital sizing tool, the Circular Ring 2 rapidly measures all your fingers without the need for a plastic sizing kit. It features holistic technology and wellness insights similar to those of Oura and Samsung, and is offered without subscription fees. Available in gold, rose gold, silver, and black, it starts at $349 – the same initial price as the Oura Ring 4 but without the $5.99 monthly subscription.

A Solution to the Sizing Issue

In 2025, the biggest hurdle to adopting smart rings is undoubtedly the antiquated sizing process used by major manufacturers before purchase. Oura and Samsung charge $10 to mail a box of plastic dummy rings in every size, which becomes waste after confirming your size.

Circular has devised a better solution. Its new digital measurement tool merely requires your smartphone, your hand, and a credit card (or similarly sized object). You simply take a photo of your hand with the card in the frame, and let the AI-powered tool do the rest.

The Future of Smart Rings

By eliminating the obstacles associated with the sizing process and maintaining a no-subscription model compatible with both Android and iOS, the Circular Ring 2 could become the mainstream smart ring of 2025. However, its wellness technology and new heart monitoring tools will need to prove their accuracy and reliability.
