Galaxy S25 Ultra

The Galaxy S25 Ultra maintains its status as the biggest, best, and most expensive in the lineup. It features a 6.9-inch display with a more rounded edge for a “comfortable” grip and is touted as the “thinnest, lightest, and most durable of the Galaxy Ultra series,” sporting a titanium body and Corning’s advanced Gorilla Armor 2 for drop protection.

Unlike its smaller siblings, the Ultra’s ultra-wide camera lens has been upgraded to 50MP from last year’s 12MP.

Galaxy S25 and S25+
