The ingredients for your healthy snack
To make approximately 12 cereal bars, you will need:
Dark chocolate, or dark chocolate chips40g of shredded coconut100g of nuts, or a mix of dried fruits: almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, peanuts, cashews…200g of unsweetened muesli100g of dates, or raisins (according to your preferences)1 level teaspoon of cinnamon20cl of unsweetened condensed milk
The step-by-step preparation
The preparation of these healthy and delicious cereal bars is simple. Just preheat your oven to 180°C, mix all the ingredients together, smooth the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for about twenty minutes. Once cooked, cut your cereal bars while still warm, then let them cool. Your cereal bars are ready.
You can store them for several days in an airtight container, away from light and moisture. And for a healthy snack on the go, individually wrap them in aluminum foil and take them with you everywhere.
