NVIDIA’s AI Desktop Supercomputer Spark Set to Launch This Summer

This summer, get ready for NVIDIA's Spark, a groundbreaking artificial intelligence desktop supercomputer set to revolutionize the tech industry.
NVIDIA Shapes the Future: Introducing the DGX Spark, a Desktop Supercomputer
Leading technology giant NVIDIA advances further by unveiling a personal supercomputer. Revealed at the GTC conference, the DGX Spark has captured widespread attention. Its predecessor, codenamed “Project Digits,” had already made waves at this year’s CES. It’s now time to unveil this marvel of technology.
The GB10 Grace Blackwell: The Heart of DGX Spark
The standout feature of the DGX Spark is its core: the GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip. Astonishingly compact, this chip fits into a casing about the size of the previous generation’s Mac mini. This superchip enables the DGX Spark to perform up to one quadrillion operations per second, making it perfect for refining cutting-edge artificial intelligence reasoning models, including the GR00T N1 robotic system unveiled by CEO Jensen Huang at the end of his keynote at GTC. The DGX Spark is now available for pre-order.
The DGX Station: Enhanced Power for Researchers
For those requiring even greater AI processing power, NVIDIA also unveiled the DGX Station. Equipped with a GB300 Grace Blackwell Ultra superchip, this supercomputer delivers 20 petaflops of performance and 784GB of unified system memory. NVIDIA has not yet announced the price for this powerhouse but confirms its availability later this year. Major brands like ASUS, BOXX, Dell, HP, Lambda, and Supermicro are already preparing their versions of the system.
Has the Era of Personal AI Arrived?
With these innovations, NVIDIA is “building the future of personal artificial intelligence.” Both the DGX Spark and DGX Station reflect the company’s commitment to making AI accessible to everyone, right from their desks. The personal supercomputer is no longer a mere fantasy, but a palpable reality.
