Discover the Galaxy S25 Slim: Samsung’s Thinnest Smartphone Ever

Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy S25 Slim, an ultra-thin model, at the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event. Featuring a sleek design and promising specifications, it aims to offer an optimized one-handed user experience.
Upcoming Samsung Product: The Galaxy S25 Slim
With just a week until the Galaxy Unpacked event, speculation is rife about the potential unveiling of a new model in the Galaxy S25 series. While the spotlight is on the Galaxy S25 Ultra, Samsung might stun everyone with the introduction of the Galaxy S25 Slim.
Samsung’s Thinnest Phone Yet?
Long anticipated as Samsung’s slimmest phone, new images from OnLeaks and SmartPrix offer a sneak peek at the Galaxy S25 Slim. Its thinness is hard to gauge from the images alone, as they show the S25 Slim in isolation. However, it is expected to be close to the Galaxy A8, Samsung’s current thinnest phone at 5.9 mm. The dimensions of the S25 Slim are reported to be “159 x 76 x 6.4 mm”, making it noticeably thinner than the Galaxy S24 Ultra on paper.
Enhanced Maneuverability
Given its dimensions, the Galaxy S25 Slim would be easier to handle with one hand. It might even match the size of the current Galaxy S24 Plus, as it is supposed to feature a similarly sized 6.7-inch screen. The main difference would be the slimmer chassis of the S25 Slim.
Design and Features
The design of the S25 Slim appears to follow that of the Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus, with a flat edge, rounded corners, and a similar layout for the triple rear camera. This generous camera setup contrasts with the iPhone 17 Air, which reportedly features just a single rear camera. Additionally, the S25 Slim is expected to come equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite, Samsung’s One UI 7 on Android 15, and 12GB of RAM. Its release is scheduled for May 2025.
These enticing specs make this year’s Galaxy S25 launch even more special. However, we are still awaiting official confirmation of the Galaxy S25 Slim’s presentation at the Unpacked event.
