England: NGO Offers €23,000 to Solve Mystery of Three Abandoned Babies in London Since 2017

Police are urgently searching for the parents of three babies abandoned under similar circumstances near London, with an NGO offering a reward for any information that could help.
Reward Offered to Locate Parents of Three Abandoned Children
The police are currently seeking the parents of three children abandoned under similar circumstances in London. In response, a British Non-Governmental Organization has offered a reward of 20,000 pounds (approximately 23,000 euros) for any information that can assist in finding these parents.
An Alarming Situation
The three children, two sisters and a brother, were abandoned separately right after their births. The youngest, nicknamed Elsa by the authorities, was found a year ago on January 18, 2024, left in a shopping bag during freezing conditions in East London. Her siblings, Harry and Roman, were discovered in the same area in 2017 and 2019, respectively. Despite extensive investigations, including the review of CCTV footage and DNA profiling of the mother, the parents remain unidentified.
“I am convinced that someone in the area knew about the mother’s pregnancies and that there might have been concerns within the community regarding the wellbeing of this mother,” stated Chief Inspector Jamie Humm.
Healthy Children Placed in Foster Care
Despite their challenging beginnings, all the children are in good health. Harry and Roman have since been adopted, while Elsa has been placed in a suitable foster care facility, according to the latest police update.
“The three babies involved in this investigation are fortunately healthy, and we are continuing our efforts to identify the parents,” emphasized Inspector Jamie Humm.
Meanwhile, the NGO Crimestoppers continues to support the police in this case, urging citizens to provide anonymous information that might help solve this mystery.
