The Ukrainian capital endured a harrowing night between Wednesday and Thursday as a Russian missile attack devastated the city. Nine people were killed and 63 others injured, with 42 requiring hospitalization, including six children.

Ukrainian emergency crews worked tirelessly through the night. “Residential buildings were damaged: ongoing searches for people trapped in rubble,” they reported on Telegram. Additionally, multiple fires caused by the bombings were extinguished.
Donald Trump Blames Zelensky
Amid these strikes, Donald Trump has criticized Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. The former U.S. President claimed that Zelensky’s “provocative statements” about annexed Crimea are obstructing a potential agreement with Russia.
Trump stated that Kyiv’s refusal to accept American terms to end the conflict will only “prolong the killing.”
Accusations from the Ukrainian Presidency
In response, the Ukrainian presidency accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of having an “only desire to kill” on Telegram, highlighting the severe tensions between the two nations.
