NVIDIA: Beta App Set to Replace GeForce Experience Soon
Future updates will aim to integrate GeForce Experience with the NVIDIA control panel.
NVIDIA Expands Its Suite with a New Application
In February, graphics technology giant NVIDIA introduced a new beta application named simply NVIDIA App. This tool is not meant to replace the existing GeForce Experience app but to enhance it. The company is now updating the app to gradually merge the two platforms.
Advanced Features for Gamers
GeForce Experience has long been a favorite among gamers with NVIDIA GPUs for adjusting game graphics, updating drivers, and making other quick tweaks. The new NVIDIA App allows users to do all that and more, such as enabling AI-powered ray-tracing filters for compatible games and introducing a novel in-game interface.
Major Additions in the Latest Update
The latest update, released today, includes several exciting new features. Users with multiple HDR-certified monitors can now enable HDR on all their displays simultaneously using the new HDR RTX multi-screen support. Additionally, G-Sync settings, previously adjustable only through the NVIDIA Control Panel, can now be configured directly within the NVIDIA App.
Gradual Migration of GeForce Experience Users
NVIDIA is actively working to incorporate more Control Panel features into its new app. Following the end of the beta phase later this year, the company plans to transition all GeForce Experience users to the new app. In the meantime, NVIDIA is keenly soliciting user feedback.
