Phone owners can now visit any of the 130 Save stores in metropolitan France. Benefits of this partnership include:
- Express repairs completed in less than 2 hours for 60% of cases.
- Use of high-quality spare parts, whether OEM or compatible.
- A 20% discount on repairs upon presenting an Orange or Sosh invoice.
- A €25 repair bonus under certain conditions.
- A 12-month warranty on all replaced parts, including batteries.
A Commitment to a Greener Future
In a broader perspective, Orange has declared its goal to be “Net Zero Carbon by 2040”. The development of the circular economy could contribute 20% to 30% to its Scope 3 emissions reduction target by 2030. This includes tangible goals like eco-design of products, extending their lifespan, and reusing network equipment.
