For a night, though, you can live like the A-list star you deserve to be, and that is by throwing a Hollywood themed party that will be talked about for ages. This is your step-by-step guide to throwing a Hollywood themed party.
Make a Guest List
Make a list of everyone you’d like to invite to your night of glamour. Include friends, family, workmates, anyone you’d like to have there.
Choose a Date
You need to pick a date that works for your calender but also will work with the maximum amount of people on your guest list. Holidays are a popular time to throw parties, but keep in mind many people go away around these times. It’s just a matter of keeping this in mind and asking around a little bit.
Find a venue
After deciding a guest list and date, try to find a place that can hold the expected number of people you think will come. It can be your house, a rented hall or gym, wherever you want and also what fits your budget. Also, make sure it’s available for your date.
Make or Order Invitations
We live in a world of evites and Facebook events, however, a physical invitation suits the class of Hollywood, so if you want, order or make some themed invites and hand deliver or mail them out. Be sure to remember to include the date, time and venue of the party, as well as an email or phone number to RSVP to.
Now, what’s for dinner? Decide if you want to splurge on a catering company, just serve appetizers, or have everyone bring something. The possibilities are endless, but if its the last option, make sure you include it in the invite!
