Sony Expands Its LinkBuds Lineup

Sony boldly introduces three innovative additions to its LinkBuds series: the LinkBuds Open, LinkBuds Fit, and the brand-new LinkBuds Speaker, each featuring unique designs.

Enhanced Design for Improved Comfort

The second-generation LinkBuds Open have been redesigned to solve a comfort issue. The rigid “fixation support” has been replaced with a more common fin-shaped design for better stability and a reduced size for a more comfortable fit.

Enhanced Performance

The LinkBuds Open now feature an 11mm ring-type speaker for superior sound transparency. With a high-compliance diaphragm and a strong magnet, these earbuds deliver clearer highs and mids, along with richer bass. Sony has also upgraded the earbuds’ chip to the Integrated Processor V2 for more stable connectivity. Battery life has been extended to up to eight hours of listening time.

The Versatility of the LinkBuds Speaker

The new LinkBuds Speaker is a portable Bluetooth speaker that seamlessly switches audio between itself and a set of earbuds. With a battery life of 25 hours, it is perfect for extended use.

Introducing the New Sound Connect App

Alongside these product launches, Sony is replacing its Headphones Connect app with the new, more modern, and user-friendly Sound Connect app, which offers numerous useful features for LinkBuds users.
