Developer Joel Mason revealed on Twitter that Dredge will launch on Mac, iOS, and Android on December 18. Mason also confirmed that iOS and Mac users can try a demo version before purchasing, while Google Play users will have to wait a bit longer.

Des DLC pour la version mobile ?
It remains uncertain whether the DLCs Iron Rig and Pale Reach will be included in the Android and iOS versions.
