1 liter of dry Alsatian wine, such as Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc or Riesling,1 organic orange,1/2 organic lemon,1 cinnamon stick,a few star anise,10 g of sugar,10 cl of water.

Steps to Prepare Hot White Wine

Start by heating the white wine in a pot or saucepan with a lid. When it’s hot, add the sugar. “To maintain a perfect ratio, use about 10 grams of sugar per liter of wine.”

Then add the orange and lemon cut into pieces, a cinnamon stick, and some star anise. Let it simmer at about 70-80 °C. If desired, you can add some water to dilute the taste.
